1. How do I track my orders?
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us together with your parcel tracking reference number.
For destinations within Malaysia, you can track your order at Citi-Link Express Malaysia’s website as follows:
- Go to : City-Link Express Tracking
- Please enter the tracking number in the box given (up to 30 tracking numbers)
- Key-in your parcel’s tracking number and click ‘TRACK’.
- Your tracking result will be displayed.
2. How long will domestic delivery take?
Generally, it takes 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia. East Malaysia will require some turnaround time depending on the logistics of the local agent.
