Shipping & Return Policy

1.    Order

Order acceptance and completion will only be deemed complete upon GEW issuing a confirmation order via email to the Shopper. GEW shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons to the Shopper prior to issuing the order confirmation, if in the event that any doubt occurs.

There are cases when an order cannot be processed due to various reasons. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. The Company shall request the Shopper to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to their phone number and address before proceeding further.

2.    Free Shipping

Privileged shoppers are entitled to free shipping with a purchase of more than RM200 in a single receipt within Peninsular Malaysia, regardless of the weight of the parcel. As for East Malaysia, privileged shoppers are entitled for up to 50% discount on the delivery charges. Terms and conditions are applied for the promotion of delivery charges.

The above minimum purchase guideline is only applicable to one (1) recipient address only. Orders with multiple recipient addresses are not entitled. 

3.    Shipping Options, Customs Tax and Duties

Order will be shipped based on the shipping method you have chosen when you placed your order. You agree to be responsible for any and all taxes, customs or duties charged as a result of your purchase. You further agree that the Company is not liable for, nor will refund any such charges or refund the cost of any products withheld by any Customs department. You are solely responsible for complying with your country’s importation laws pertaining to purchases made from this Site. 

You also agree that the information pertaining to freight and shipping as well as customs tax and duties provided by the Company through the Site is for reference only, is subject to change(s) and may not be the most updated version. Always check and confirm the latest information about your country’s Customs or any other appropriate channel for the latest and most accurate tax and duty information.

4.    Shipping Turnaround

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please take note that the shipping turnaround times are only estimates, and that it is done from the date we ship your order and not the date we receive your order.

5.    Return Policy

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, dislike of flavour or any other reasons. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us and we will discuss other available options. Examples of damaged items are broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, safety seal removed or torn off, and bottles leaking. Please contact us via email or telephone within 3 days from the date you received your package. We can track the date you received your order, and any contact after 3 days will not be entertained. Please provide photos and describe the damage in your email. Dented bottles or packages are most often not considered damaged goods because this does not affect the safety or potency of the product inside.

The following guidelines apply for exchanges or returns:-

  • Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable for returns and exchanges.
  • Discounted or special-priced item(s) are final and are not eligible for exchange.
  • For incorrect item(s), we will deliver the correct item(s) to you after we have received the incorrect item(s). This is subject to stock availability.
  • We will refund the value of the item in 14-days if the replacement item is out-of-stock. This is the time frame required for us, our payment gateway provider (MOLPay) or bank to process the refund request.
  • The refund will be transferred directly into your personal bank account.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the item(s) sent back to us for exchange. Please pack the item properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit and send it by any registered courier service. We strongly advise you to get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
